Rack Book is a simple and minimal structure but with great potential designed by those who train for your Home Gym or for your Gym.

- Structure composed of sides in 430 steel tube with square section 50x50x3, height 233 cm, width 127 cm, workstation width 110 cm and depth

of 54 cm

- Wall fixing with 430 steel omega plates, one at the top and one at the base. The measure of the thickness of the plates has been adjusted so that the assembly can be carried out even in the presence of skirting boards.

- Quick and easy manual opening of the two leaves with release of spring positioners.

- Structure equipped with adjustable stabilizing feet by means of screw-on levers at the front of the columns, they allow you to resolve imperfections in the flooring, provide extreme stability to the Rack and help to support large loads.

Accessories supplied with the RACK BOOK:

- J-rack, for barbell, made of 430 steel with insertion of Teflon rollers where it is possible to slide the barbell, even when loaded, to find the centering more easily. Can be used for squat and bench exercises by varying the position in height along the perforated columns. - Pull-up bar in tube Ø 30 mm or Ø 33.7 mm, adjustable in height along the perforated columns with support J-rack.

Accessories applicable to the RACK BOOK:

- Squat safety devices composed of 430 steel tube with a 50x50x3 square section, also adjustable in height.

- Matador for the dip, also adjustable in height along the columns, made of 430 steel, available in the version with fixed opening support bars and in the version with adjustable opening support bars, more suitable for female customers.

- Fixing bar of the bench to the Rack made of square tube 50x50x3 of steel 430, with centering hole of the bench on the upper part. This allows you to easily have the central positioning of the bench in the Rack and maximum stability.

- Flat bench, bench frame made of 430 steel tube with 50x50x3 square section and junction brackets; for competitions it is possible to request the bench structure with the front single leg variant.

- Reclining bench made of 430 steel tube with 50x50x3 square section and junction brackets, in the back we find the bracket for attachment to the fixing bar that can be used on all our RIGs, Racks and Cages. Backrest inclination adjustment with small lever connected to the sliding guide on shaped bracket, possibility to choose the inclination of the backrest along the graduated scale, the seat and backrest inclination movements slide on bearings that accentuate their fluidity.
