Delivery Time

BOXequipment designs and builds its products so availability may not be immediate.

Upon receipt of the order you will be contacted at the e-mail address indicated by you to arrange delivery.

If the product is not available in stock, the order will be processed in 2/4 weeks, depending on the need to make the selected item, after the successful payment, if you choose to pay by bank transfer you will have to consider the provisions of the your bank.

Delivery times are to be considered indicative and not binding, they do not include shipping times. In any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, BOXequipment will not be held responsible for delayed delivery.

In case of delay you will be contacted at the e-mail address indicated by you.

Shipments are made by courier Bartolini / BRT (for national shipments).


Deliveries will be made throughout the Italian territory or abroad by courier who will deliver the material to the address indicated in the order;

you will be contacted by telephone by the courier with whom you will agree on the delivery specifications. If no one is present at the time of delivery,

the courier will leave a paper notice and will try to deliver your product again within two days. Even these attempts failed the goods will return to the branch nearly at shipping address , so it goes into stock.

If you think there can be no one at home, leave a note before concluding the order so that the courier can leave the goods to a neighbor or family member, (so we avoid the goods ending up in stock).

The courier is not authorized to carry out porterage services, delivery to the floor or to unplanned locations; will deliver the products by unloading the packages or pallets on the ground on the street front.

The customer is not authorized to request any additional services unless previously agreed on the order confirmation.
