Warranty and Insurance


The warranty covers manufacturing or breakage defects and extends for 2 years from the date of the shipping document. The warranty does not cover any damage due to wear or improper use.

The guarantee provides for the restoration of the purchased item by return at the expense and expense of the purchaser, restoration or replacement and return are borne by BOXequipment. It is not possible to guarantee products or parts of them before receipt.


The goods always travel insured. BOXequipment is not responsible for deterioration, damage, damage and delays of any kind that may occur during transport. It is up to the purchaser to carry out the appropriate checks on the goods and send complaints to the carrier directly upon receipt, by means of a precise reservation on the courier delivery note (accepting the goods with reserve).

We advise you to check the packages before signing, in case of doubt accept "WITH RESERVE" otherwise, in case of problems, we cannot make the refund! After delivery you have 10 days to check the material and to contact us for any problem.


It is possible for the customer to arrange collection of his or her own courier, exclusively during office hours and after agreement with our commercial contact.
